Danai Margariti was born and raised in Larissa, Greece. She lives and works between Athens and Thessaly. Her work explores the relationship between the human and the non-human, authority and the natural world, societal narratives and desire. Her field of research focuses on the restrictions imposed on the body within the metropolis and the mechanisms through which the established order is incorporated into everyday life.
