After leaving Athens where she worked as a photographer, Danai Margariti began her studies at the University of Architecture in Florence, Italy. Following 3 years of studies she decided to pursue a degree in Cinema Direction and Script writing at the School of Cinema “Immagina” in Florence with the director Giuseppe Ferlito. During her studies she has attended “La luce e il suo trattamento” seminar with the Director of Photography Roberto Galassini at the School of Cinema “Immagina”. She has also attended Photography Studies at the Athens School of Fine Arts with the visual artist Manolis Baboussis.
